Refund Policy

Items that have not been worn and still have the original tags attached may be refunded if returned within 7 days. We offer a credit on account if the item/s are returned after 7 days.

There are returns on Merci-Belle items ONLY if there is a manufactural error (with the fabric or the sewing itself). These returns must be returned within 1 week of having received the item. In that case refunds will be issued in a timely matter.

Pure Rodri Swimwear 

All sales are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style if it's within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your order will be returned to you. In order to do an exchange, you must email us first be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. If you choose to receive a store credit, the credit amount will remain on your account for 60 days.
